TMK's Environmental strategy is focused on meeting the established standards for air quality in the locations of its production facilities by addressing the following objectives:
- Reduce emissions of pollutants from stationary sources, including emissions of particulate matter
- Ensure effective operation of gas cleaning systems
- Replace obsolete gas cleaning systems
- Develop air pollution monitoring systems
TMK has approved and is implementing its Air Pollution Reduction Program till 2027 to minimize the environmental risks to air quality caused by TMK enterprises and drive compliance with environmental impact regulations.
TMK contributes to the Clean Air federal project by taking measures to mitigate pollutant emissions. Chelyabinsk Pipe Plant (CHTPZ) participates in the project as a TMK representative.
