PAO TMK has decided to confine itself to compliance with the mandatory regulatory requirements established by the Bank of Russia Regulation “On Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Equity Securities” and with its contractual obligations when preparing and disclosing financial statements.
The Company asks investors to take into account that interim consolidated results for the first three months (January – March) and nine months (January – September) of 2022 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) will not be prepared and, accordingly, will not be published.
