The Ural Institute of Management (RANEPA) will train employees for TMK-Sinara Business Service Center

TMK and the Ural Institute of Management, a branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), have partnered to train employees for the single multifunctional center in Yekaterinburg, which will centralize administrative processes of TMK and Sinara Group. The respective agreement, prepared by TMK2U Corporate University as part of its ongoing work with higher educational institutions aimed at providing career guidance and staffing of TMK Group companies, was signed at the INNOPROM-2021 international trade fair in Yekaterinburg.

The document was signed by Ruslan Dolzhenko, Director of the Ural Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA, Elena Pozolotina, TMK’s Deputy CEO for Human Resources – Director of TMK2U Corporate University, and Denis Shipitsyn, CEO of TMK-Sinara Business Service Center. The indefinite agreement provides for cooperation in training core personnel to support the operations of TMK-Sinara Business Service Center (TMK-Sinara BSC).

The parties intend to organize apprenticeships for students of the Ural Institute of Management at TMK-Sinara BSC divisions, hold events to develop their professional competencies, improve the quality of training students and employees of the Institute, jointly implement Institute-based educational projects, as well as support students in preparing term papers and theses.

“TMK-Sinara Business Service Center takes over the functions of several dozen of our core business units. At the Center, we integrate and unify accounting, finance, HR management, and legal functions using advanced document management and IT tools. Given the business growth rates of both companies, we plan to continuously improve the Center’s performance, and to do this, we need qualified, motivated employees who understand our requirements. Together with RANEPA’s Ural Institute of Management, we will work on training programs for future specialists, taking into account their abilities and interests along with the employer’s needs as much as possible. By entering the Institute under this scheme, students will actually make their first step in building their career at our companies,” said Elena Pozolotina.

“Today, educational institutions and businesses join efforts to train highly qualified specialists, who will be highly valued in their respective industries. Through this cooperation, our students not only receive a sound basic education, broaden their horizons and get all the necessary tools for further professional development, but can also choose a career path and prepare themselves for it in close liaison with their future employer. Cooperation with TMK and Sinara Group allows us to reinforce our educational programs with the real experience of major industrial enterprises. This guarantees high qualification and hands-on skills that are necessary for building a successful career at partner companies while giving them significant advantages in the competitive labor market,” said Ruslan Dolzhenko.

“TMK-Sinara Business Service Center opened in Yekaterinburg in April 2021. The Center services about 70 organizations with more than 80 thousand employees. The project was set up to free enterprises from routine auxiliary business processes, such as accounting, finance, HR management and legal support, and gather them within a single responsibility center. By unifying and standardizing procedures, applying best practices, consistently improving processes and streamlining document management, we significantly enhance the efficiency of administrative services, which will have a positive impact on TMK’s and Sinara Group’s operations as well,” said Denis Shipitsyn.
