Seversky Tube Works, a part of ТМК, has confirmed the conformity of a quality management system to specification Q1 requirements of the American institute of oil (American Petroleum Institute, API).
On results of audit there was confirmed the factory capacity to produce goods in conformity with API Spec. 5L 43-rd editions and API Spec. 5CT 8-th editions specifications , which became effective in 2006 and expanded essentially requirements to tubing and casings.
By results of work auditors recommended Seversky Tube Works to prolong the certificate of conformity to standards API for the next 3 years.TMK gets approval for amending terms of $500 million Eurobonds
