Environmental stewardship is one of TMK’s key development priorities. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure environmental safety in the Company’s regions of operation, tapping into advanced technologies to consistently reduce the Company’s anthropogenic impact on the environment. All TMK pipe plants underwent major production upgrades leveraging the best available technologies. Legacy open-hearth furnaces were replaced with state-of-the-art electric arc furnaces. The upgrades enabled a 1.5x reduction in pollutant and greenhouse gas emission intensity, a 40% decrease in waste generation, water recycling levels of 96%, and a 1.3x reduction in water consumption for production. Within the same period, we delivered more than 300 environmental projects.

TMK's production sites are covered by the Company’s environmental management system, which is certified to ISO 14001:2015. Within the system, TMK assesses potential environmental risks on an annual basis and implements preventive and corrective measures.
All of TMK major plants have the necessary environmental documentation, including eight integrated environmental permits, which were obtained duly in 2024.
