TMK announces the results of the consent solicitation

PAO “TMK” (“TMK”) announces that at a meeting (the "Meeting") held at 11.00 a.m. (London time) on 16 November 2017 of the holders (the "Noteholders") of the Notes constituted by a trust deed dated 3 April 2013 (the "Trust Deed") made between the Issuer and Deutsche Trustee Company Limited as trustee for the Noteholders, the Extraordinary Resolution detailed in the Notice of Meeting and referred to in an announcement made by TMK, each dated 25 October 2017, was passed.

Business and Social Cooperation Discussed by TMK’s Management and an Omani Delegation

As part of the Russian Energy Week Forum hosted in Moscow, a working meeting was held between a team of TMK’s top managers and the Omani delegation headed by Mr. Salim Al Aufi, the Undersecretary to the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Sultanate of Oman. TMK launches production of casing pipe with unique TMK UP CENTUM threaded connections

TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, has become the first Russian manufacturer to start the production of casing pipe with unique TMK UP CENTUM threaded connections. TMK is currently the only manufacturer of pipe with such connections. The Company shipped the first batch of the new product to NOVATEK’s Arctic LNG 2 project. The pipes were successfully sunk at the Salmanovskoye (Utrenneye) oil and gas condensate field with the involvement of TMK supervisors.

TMK launches production of pipe made from unique TMK-C alloy

TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, has become the first Russian manufacturer to start the production of casing pipe made from the corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel alloy TMK-C. The first batch of 110 grade TMK-C pipe with TMK UP PF highly gas-tight premium threaded connections was produced at TAGMET and shipped to LUKOIL.

TMK ships the first batch of casing pipe with TMK UP MAGNA premium threaded connections to LUKOIL

TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, shipped the first batch of casing pipe with TMK UP MAGNA premium threaded connections and GreenWell lubricant-free coating to LUKOIL. The pipes were successfully sunk at the Y. Kuvykin field in the Caspian Sea with TMK supervisors’ involvement.

TMK joins Earth Hour initiative

On 25 March 2017, TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, took part in Earth Hour, the world’s largest environmental event, for the first time. All TMK’s key divisions and facilities in Russia, the US, Europe and the Middle East were involved in the event. They switched off the external lighting at their office buildings along with other energy consuming systems not involved in production.

TMK to Increase Prices for Tubular Products of its Russian Division from 1 March

TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, announces a 5% increase in selling prices for the entire range of tubular products offered by its Russian division from 1 March 2017. The price increase will apply to all consumer categories. The key driver behind the announced price increase is a substantial growth of material costs and other operating cost items in the second half of 2016, affecting the Company’s overall production costs.
