OAO TMK (“TMK” or “the Company”), one of the world’s largest oil and gas pipe producers, and the market leader of the Russian pipe industry, today provides the following trading update in advance of the publication of its preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2007, which will be announced in May 2008.
OAO “TMK” (TMK) announces significant improvements in the financial and operating performance of its Romanian subsidiaries for the year 2007. TMK-Artrom revenues jumped 79% up to USD 214.3 million and EBITDA rose by 20% to reach USD 25.8 million compared to 2006 results. Revenues at TMK-Resita increased by 43% to reach USD 205.6 million and EBITDA grew to USD 21 million, a 79% jump on 2006 results.

OAO “ТМК”, one of the world’s largest oil and gas pipe producers, reached an agreement to acquire 100% of share capital in OOO “Truboplast”. The consolidation of “Truboplast” into TMK’s structure is planned to be completed by the end of 2007.
TMK announces 2006 IFRS consolidated results

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM), which took place on March 2, 2007, in the form of a postal vote, the shareholders of ОАО TMK (“TMK” or “the Company”) duly approved the TMK Option Program. The resolution was supported by 84.7245% of votes cast.
