Thermomechanical Rolling

The process of rolling sheets or strips, during which the final deformation is performed within a certain temperature range, which allows to obtain a material with certain properties that cannot be replicated or reproduced by heat treatment only; this deformation is followed by cooling, sometimes at higher rate, with or without subsequent tempering, including self-tempering.
