TMK Takes Part in Tube Southeast Asia 2011 Exhibition

TMK has taken part in one of the biggest specialized exhibitions in Southeast Asia - Tube Southeast Asia 2011 – which took place from September 13 to 15, 2011 through 15 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, Thailand.

392 exhibitors took part in the exhibition. More than 5,300 quality trade visitors from approximately 40 countries visited it, an increase of 20% from 2009 when it was last held. This year the exhibition included also eight national pavilions from Austria, China, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Taiwan, the UK and the U.S.

Gernot Ringling, Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf Asia, the organizer of the exhibition, commented on its results : “The results of this year’s wire and Tube Southeast ASIA proves that business in the wire, cable, tube and pipe sectors in the region is expanding strongly, driven by continued economic growth in Thailand and the Southeast Asian region.”

During the exhibition TMK specialists held a number of business meetings and presentations for representatives of regional oil and gas companies, as well as introduced visitors to recent TMK developments in different business sectors.
