(Except where noted, all TMK IPSCO Executive Officers are located at the headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois)

Piotr Galitzine, TMK IPSCO Chairman

Mr.Galitzine is head of North and South American operations for TMK. Prior to joining TMK IPSCO, he served on the Board of Directors of TMK as an independent director and has an extensive international background and career, including senior positions with Mannesmann AG and BASF AG. Mr. Galitzine graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in design, materials, and analysis.

Vicki Avril, President and CEO

Ms. Avril is President and CEO of TMK IPSCO the American Division of OAO TMK since June of 2008. Ms. Avril was Senior Vice President and General Manager of IPSCO's Tubular businesses in both the USA and Canada prior to the acquisition by TMK. She has substantial experience in the pipe and steel industry having previously held senior management positions with IPSCO Inc. and the former Inland Steel Industries, Inc. Ms. Avril is a board member of Greif Industries. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.

Prasenjit Adhikari, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Adhikari is responsible for Quality Assurance, Environmental Compliance, New Product Development, and Research and Development. Prior to joining TMK IPSCO in 2010 he gained several years of senior executive experience in technology leadership and product management at Maysteel, Dana Corp., Neoplan USA and Case New Holland, Inc. Mr. Adhikari holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in information technology from Northwestern University, a master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology in India.

Scott Barnes, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Barnes is responsible for tubular sales and marketing in North America and South America, a position he held at IPSCO US Tubular products since 2001. He joined IPSCO in 1985 as an outside sales representative and has progressed through various sales, operational and administrative positions with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Barnes earned both his MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing and his bachelor's degree at The Ohio State University.

Adrian Cobb, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cobb is responsible for all areas of the accounting and treasury activities of TMK IPSCO. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of TMK and was an advisor to the President of Sinara Group. Mr. Cobb has substantial experience in the oil and gas industry having held such positions as Financial Advisor for Shell Exploration and Production Services B.V. and Chief Financial Officer of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. Mr. Cobb received his bachelor’s degree at Durham University in England. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

David Diederich, Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer

Mr. Diederich is responsible for the operation of TMK IPSCO’s seamless, welded and Ultra manufacturing facilities, as well as the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety Department. He is also responsible for the company’s Engineering Group and Capital Implementation Projects. He joined IPSCO in 2006 as Director of Welded Operations and has significant experience in steelmaking, rolling and forming. Mr. Diederich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Paul Fullerton, Vice President Premium Products and Services

Mr. Fullerton, whose office is located at the TMK IPSCO Houston Sales facility, is responsible for developing, coordinating and integrating a global technical sales and technical service group along with a world-wide network of TMK production locations, third party threaders and licensees to support the rapid expansion of TMK IPSCO ULTRA™ premium connections, TMK Premium connections and related services to support on and off-shore drilling customers globally. Mr. Fullerton joined IPSCO in 2005 as Director of Tubular Products Engineering after a career in Technical Sales with Lone Star Steel. In 2006, he was appointed General Manager of ULTRA Premium Oilfield Services. Mr. Fullerton received his Metallurgical degree at the Manchester Polytechnic Institute in Manchester, England.

Bruce McKee, Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer

Mr. McKee is responsible for logistics, procurement, scheduling and planning. He has held senior roles for IPSCO in both the US and Canada since 1982 in finance, information technology, sales administration, production planning, trade and corporate development. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor or Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from York University in Ontario, Canada.

Noah Popp, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Popp is responsible for the delivery of legal services to the TMK IPSCO organization. Prior to joining TMK IPSCO, Mr. Popp held senior counsel positions with IPSCO Inc. and Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. He began his legal career with the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, where his practice focused on corporate governance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. He earned both his bachelors degree and law degree at the University of Wisconsin.

Lori Roberts, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Roberts is responsible for recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance to HR-related regulatory concerns. She joined TMK IPSCO in 2010 after holding senior level Human Resources positions at Cummins Engine Co., Wallace Computer Services, Pliant Corp., and Claymore Group. Ms. Roberts holds both bachelors and master's degrees from Indiana University.

Sam Smolak, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Smolak manages and directs the information technology that provides TMK IPSCO with manufacturing systems analysis and support. He has many years of IT management experience in the steel industry including previous positions with Koppel Steel and prior experience with Babcock & Wilcox, GATX and Ellwood Quality Steel. Mr. Smolak holds two bachelors degrees – one in mathematics and one in computer science, both conferred by Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA
